Participation in any GameDay Sports, LLC athletic programs, events, or related activities is a privilege that comes with inherent risks. By signing this document, I confirm the following:
Acknowledgment of Risk: I understand that participation involves certain dangers, including, but not limited to, the possibility of severe injury, permanent paralysis, or even death. While adhering to rules, using proper equipment, and maintaining personal discipline can minimize these risks, they cannot eliminate them entirely.
Assumption of Responsibility:I accept all risks involved, whether known or unforeseen, including those that may arise due to negligence or carelessness by GameDay Sports, LLC or any other parties connected to these activities. I fully assume responsibility for my own participation.
Agreement to Report Hazards: Should I notice any unusual or significant hazards during the event, I agree to withdraw from participation immediately and notify an official at once.
Waiver and Release of Liability: On behalf of myself, my heirs, and any legal representatives, I release and hold harmless GameDay Sports, LLC and its associated parties—including officers, employees, agents, sponsors, advertisers, and property lessors—from any and all claims related to injury, disability, death, or property damage, regardless of whether they stem from negligence or other causes.
Confirmation of Age and Legal Binding: I certify that I am at least 18 years old and understand that this waiver is a binding legal agreement.
FINAL STATEMENT: I have carefully read this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. I fully understand its content and implications. By signing below, I voluntarily agree to its terms, waiving substantial rights without any coercion or undue influence.
